This morning I didn’t want to get up. But I did but did not exercise. I’m tired this morning. We go down to dining room for breakfast. I like it because it’s less crazy. There is not so many people. There aren’t so many choices. Today I had some eggs and a big delicious croissant.
After breakfast we went the the main walk with the shops. Big jewelry sale. I did look but didn’t find anything I loved. It was costume some being pricey like $500.00.
We decided to go to the lecture for kinkade an artist know for his pictures with light. It was very interesting. He puts people in, and N for his wife and spells his childrens name out if they are in the painting.
Then we went to lunch at the buffet. I had soup, but then I look at all the food and must try, Indian lamb and empanada with veggies, and lentil salad and Waldorf salad and I end up with a big plate! I don’t finish but I’m full.
We decide to go to our room. I lay down and pass out. I wake and it’s dinner time. My clothes are getting tight. I have no control. It will be lots of lettuce when I get home.
We go to the diamond club for free booze. I have Cabernet he has a beer. I also order jack and coke. Take it with me to dinner in the dining room. We have the same waiters Gede, he is so nice always smiling. We talked with the couples on either side. One couple lives in the mountains of Mexico! Really? The other was from Texas. It’s folks that make it interesting. We were on an elevator and I always listen to try and guess, Spanish, French, Italian, German. This one got me. I asked when we got off they spoke Hebrew!,,
Anyhow, dinner Was amazing beef Wellington yummo! I couldn’t finish it was so big. Rumor had it that the buffet was having chocolate desserts. So we settled for ice cream.
After we had to leave to go to the diamond club party sponsored by the crew. We went to the ice skating ring and they each showed a skating trick. Then the captain and all the officers introduced themselves. I had a blue drink not very good.
We left because there was a singer honoring Whitney Houston. She was wonderful what a voice powerful and full of range.
We went to the buffet to check out the chocolate. It was good I took a little of this and that and didn’t have a favorite.
I was so full we went to our room. I have to write my blog before bed. Feel bad another ship is stuck with the virus. Try not to think of it! Good night.
