Today we went to the dining room. I ordered eggs Benedict and fruit. NOTHING ELSE NO TO PASTRIES! Hey it’s a start.
We went to an art auction. Yup I over did it! I got 2 small tarkay (the ladies over my couch). One is the last available. Then I got another Breyer (the ones painted on wood), then I got an original painted cat britto( the ones on the wall on your right)…not done, I got a vase of flowers from the artist with the thick paint by the right of the dining room, wait one more a field of flowers but pretty by a lady Miriam Green…don’t have her. And yup I’m broke!
The art auctioneer is a great guy we really like him.
We then went to the buffet for lunch. I ate salads, a bit of Indian lamb and NO DESSERT!
Then we lost an hour so it was getting close to dinner already! We hung in the room a while I was tired. But, then we’re remembered to go to the dining room early because dinner was lobster!,,so we got dressed and went the the dining room, there was a little line. Oh boy they had lobster tails. I ordered a caprese salad an lobster tails. They serve two and they were grilled delicious! I ordered another one! Dessert was baked Alaska who says no to that dessert!
After dinner we went down to discuss our art with the auctioneer. He is awesome got a bottle of Pinot noir to drink while we talk. He even gave us one painting and threw in a second! That’s a wow!
When we were done we went to the comedy club I reserved seats for us. It was unexpectedly hilarious!,, we totally laughed everyone did!
Then it was late for us, lots of people were sitting around the main promenade listening to the various bands. I hadn’t written last nights blog and I had tonight’s so we went back to the room.
