Another long day of driving from Kentucky to Georgia. It was a nice day and the scenery was so different than Florida! For one, there are big trees, mountains, rolling hills. So pretty! We got up around 7:30am and got ready to head out. It’s a nice campground. It has a gun shoot out place I would like to see and a dinosaur place we both thought of my kids.
The roads are not so great a lot of jumping and bumping along. We passed lots of mtns, the purple tree showed up, a pretty lake, el drove thru two trucks it was weird to pass in the middle! We saw fields of cows. At one point we went down a mountain big time down such that they had a runaway truck lane in the dirt!
we had ham sandwiches as we went I made them this morning.
I read my book and read a taste of home magazine and went thru all the emails. This morning I wrote my blog in the car as we went I was off yesterday. I’m so glad I’m ok today. Oh, the weather is much better it is no longer cold. It is cool I think in the 50s, far cry from 30s. Tomorrow rain😨 hope it won’t get in our way . I miss my cats!😨
I better get ready for sleep I will probably read my book. I’m half way and it pulls you in. I can’t give it away but it is pretty good.
