Wow I don’t like when I don’t write and miss days. The first one the 11th, we got caught up a virtual cast of artists that we collect and their studios. It was so interesting. Today they are doing a virtual art auction. I swear I am NOT buying where on earth would it go? The next day my I pad shut down. I had to plug it in and get an update. I hope the excuses don’t loose folks! Sorry is all I can offer!
Yesterday we did take a long walk it was so beautiful outside. I saw some interesting tents! One is the tajh mahal(However I don’t know how it is spelled, you get the idea) and the other turns your flatbed truck into a tent!
The man with the truck said it’s great for old guys. He had a beard like my son in FL. Now that I think of it, it is not unique anymore. Men have beards of all sorts everywhere we have been.
We also ran into the geese on property. They were so cute coming down a hill in single file!
It was the longest walk we went down roads we didn’t do before because we must check out every RV and truck and campsite space! It’s a law! What u didn’t know?
when we got back it was late. We had pancakes for breakfast so that took time.
This place, where we buy art from on ships is headquarters in Michigan is having a virtual auction sat and Sunday. So I watch a preview of artist as I mentioned above but it was about Tarkay, ( for those who know all the pictures of ladies above my couch) it was interesting since he died. Then Britto, the statutes on my table and the 3D on the wall on the left. He is so interesting. Then they had the olive guy on the left next to the curio?
Anyhow u know I get caught up in the art stuff. I do enjoy it! Then we had dinner I made grilled chuck steaks…they are the best! We grilled them with asparagus which I broiled with lemons and garlic and made quinoa! Yummo! We also had a drink peach flavored rum! Wow what a punch! Indiana has the BEST Liquor in their food store and entire aisle! So awesome! Can’t remember more for yesterday! Actually I don’t remember June 10!
oh wait I was making a stir fry. And thought we had coconut milk. No we didnt so we took a quick run to the the Amish store. I remember writing this I’m confused.
I know why, I see a crows foot starting to grow by my eye! oh NO!😩 In three months 9/11, I am going to cross the line into older the big 70! It’s traumatic! Ok so I know many of you have crossed and look fabulous! I hope I can follow your fate!
Today we had breakfast and walked quickly, 40 minutes and quickly! We had to get back to the virtual art auction! The curiosity was killing us! Even though we swear we are not getting anything! The biggest push was a Peter Max, which is the first I ever liked, an agam (like the ones on my stands that move) and Tarkay the ones over my couch for $29,000.00. Yah I will take a few! Actually if u had the money, it is as good deal!
We sat and watch I admit there were a few , like the one with the upside down piano, they had at least a dozen tiny ones for $250! (6×6”)! But where would I put them?… so I was a good girl, bought zero! Of course I have to get by tomorrow auction no promises!
well I have to make dinner! No meat it’s a veggie night! I am making farro with several green veggies added it’s bean sprouts! Hey don’t yuck it u til u try it!
