I woke up late it was after 9am. I got up and dressed. I thought it was a rain day but it was now late afternoon. We had breakfast fried egg with spinach and half a muffin.
We decided since it’s not raining we will go to Walmart a gigantic super center. We went to get organic fruit. El only eats organic apples. This Walmart had so many choices, and I got organic black plums. But I still can’t find fennel. Not in Walmart either. We went to see if we could get a waffle iron …all gone!
We start heading home we see such beautiful fieldS and farms
On the way back to the campground we decide to check the farmers market for fennel. No luck! We were passing the Amish market so we thought we would check there! No fennel! But, the prices down that one aisle is crazy! Matzoh .69, can tomatoes from Italy .99, Israeli pearl couscous .99, organic crackers .99, endless organic healthy chips .99. I got a cart full of food for $41.00! It is insane!
We passed my favorite tree, the red maple! It saddens me to think that a huge one in front of our MD. Home was removed!
We drove thru Hersey it is all about chocolate! Everywhere, flags, street signs, towers, street lights
We finally made it back to the RV. The sun was out no rain. I managed to put it all somewhere. But, I will need to redo before we leave here.
we have an issue! We got notice that Maine campground is not opening soon enough for us! El will figure it out. We are not happy though. Maybe check the private grounds. Too bad the federal park is so nice, Arcadia!
it is time for dinner. I make chicken thighs in a honey, lemon and spice sauce. Then I cooked white beans in the sauce and plated it. It was yummo! Served with side salad! I cheated and had another 1/4 of my decadent apple dumpling soooo good!
It is getting late there is some story about federal parks many many years ago like 1800s.
im tired from what I don’t know! But, I will go read my book! Have a good night!
