The first day of summer! We get up I exercise and get dressed. We have eggs with spinach and toast with avacado. It is a little mugging outside but if we want to walk we have to do it now. Before it rains. The sky promises rain in the afternoon.
We get ready for our walk and ghost decides he would like to come along. We haven’t taken him much but he was standing there so El gave in to take him. He is like a movie star! Everyone notices him. If he is sitting tall he is pure white with blue eyes. You really can’t see the orange. Except the v on his head.
You can’t see his bright blue eyes. He refused to cooperate and sit tall. But everyone stops and comments how beautiful. What a show off! We managed our entire walk with the cat.. The carriage has thick wheels and makes it easy to push.
We saw the geese crossing the road in a line. We saw the ma duck lead and pa in the rear, behind him a little duck was hurrying to catch up but then another was running at top speed with tiny legs trying to catch up it was hilarious!,
It took us an hour to do our walk. We had to slow for the folks oooing and aahing over ghost! We did pass a young couple who was in a small pop up 1985 Viking I thought my son in Seattle would like it
I was hot and sticky. I did some sudoku and cleaned up my emails. I decided to take a shower. It feels good to be clean. But by the time I finished it was time for dinner.
I decided to finish the cauliflower! It was so big it was good for 3 meals. I cooked spaghetti, whole grain, of course, but added spinach, capers, artichokes, white wine, garlic and spices and other stuff! It’s called vegetarian a la Latish!!! Yummo!
Dessert was the last quarter of my apple dumpling! It was delicious!
Then we relax and watch TV. I never really pay attention. I usually write my blog. By the time I am done I am too tired to do anything. I would rather go to bed and read.
