We are here until tomorrow morning. Today I did my exercises had breakfast and off to the beer store. The place is huge, the aisles are huge too. They were expensive and they didn’t have a great selection of dark beers. Like Heineken dark, becks dark, I could go on. I bought Murphy’s from Ireland I think. haven’t tried it yet. We also bought corona, I forgot the name it is unusual. Then we went to the liquor store. The prices are thru the roof! It is government owned.
Then we went to Giant a really nice food store. I bought up all the greens, asparagus, fennel, parsley, zucchini, cuke, cabbage! It is why I have a residential refrigerator!, I love to have fresh veggies. Since we have so much I made us big salads for dinner.
We passed some nice old houses today in Gettysburg,
Then of course Gettysburg never seems to get old to us.
After dinner I watched Chicago PD the then the other Chicago Fire dept. I forget the exact name. I am writing these as I watch TV.
I also was able to get my prescription filled. I thought I had it under control. But no, however mayo primary came thru for me. There is a lady there who is always great and goes the mile for me.
Tomorrow we head to Poconos. We have been there before. El can remember the last pebble we rode over. I don’t remember any of it till I get there and it becomes familiar.
Here is the bad news! Not unexpected. Our September cruise was canceled to the Caribbean ABC Islands. We will try and work out something with our vacation planner. Will let you know what happens. Can’t say we are unhappy. We were a bit nervous to go.
