Another day same place. Honestly three weeks at one place is a stretch. It is totally quiet here. It is like we are the only ones left. Different crowd I think younger with small kids and maybe they work. What a concept?
Today I was not going to exercise but I lost a lb so the exercise genie whispered don’t exercise and the lb goes back! Imagine! I did try to lift my weights. My elbow is hurting too much. That stinks cause I was working back up to 10lbs. I’m using 8 now. But I will probably need a shot again which who knows when that will happen?.. so I will go back to 5lbs😫. Life can be such a struggle! But, I keep on movin on!😂😂isn’t that a song? Always find the humor!
I have to get serious again because I was charged a fee to join the mayo diet. I think $65/year. Maybe that will be the push to get more serious! I know I can do it, I just need to put my mine there.
We had breakfast and after I sat down and finally went thru my receipts for my American Express against the bill. Only 2 were questionable. Such a chore I must do because nearly everything is auto pay. I have caught mistakes.
I brought my iPad outside. Turns out if you sit in a certain direction you can manage some internet. But it’s not comfortable. But, then the sky started getting black and the thunder was loud! So inside and barely any internet. It sucks! We have been complaining for over a week!
We decided to have lunch. We shared a can of tomato soup we added croutons. I picked a recipe for dinner. Last night I took out bone in pork chops. Oh didn’t take a picture. They were huge and thick. I prepared a marinate and El grilled them. Yummo! Added a salad and heated up a wild rice and couscous for the sides. The chops were so big!
I read a magazine Shape. It is not for me. Probably 30 years ago maybe. I think it was free. All these pretty woman and their struggles to exercise and what they weigh 100 lbs dripping wet!
Speaking of age! I think I saw a crows nail growing from the bottom right of my eye! Imagine that! In a couple of months I hit the big one, 70! O M G! It even looks enormous on the page. No wonder I am getting aches and pains. Bumps and lumps! At least I know why my head does not sit straight up on my shoulders. Ha

We are watching TV, something about folks who are making a life building a cabin up in the very north of Alaska! Crazy if you ask me!
