I woke up and decided not to exercise. I need a break every once in a while and I didn’t gain!
I got dressed and had my cottage cheese and fruit for breakfast.
We decided to go to Aldis for food shopping today. It is not real close so at least we have a ride.
We get in the car and as we are coming down the mtn we saw a baby doe. It still had its white spots. We went by to fast to get a picture. We drove to the store. We saw these homes that we very old. What I found interesting is they are three stories tall and big.
We got to the store still not charging the 25 cents for a cart! We had a food list. We needed a lot of fresh veggies. We have something green every nite. One of the reasons we have a residential refrigerator in the RV. We got good deals too. We got a huge package of chicken thighs with bone and skin $5.39 with $2 off! In the end we spent over $100. But that’s a lot of food if you know how the prices are at the store. I even managed to get it all in the frig. I’m good at that!
We saw tons of small stores, diners, food stores, pizza places. Then at the corner where you turn to go up the hill to the camp ground is an enormous gold Buddha!
It is strange and the building of worship burnt down a long time ago and was never rebuilt! Weird!
After I repackaged everything for the freezer in dinner for 2 and skinned the thighs it was time for dinner.
Dinner was not exotic, cauliflower pizza! You can buy them already made in frozen food. I have made my own but it’s a long process. I had fun because we just filled the frig. I add my sauce, mushrooms, onion, 2 cheese, spinach, artichokes, peppers and garlic and spices. It was great!
Well I want to see the country music fest I saw a commercial for it tonite. I can’t seem to find it! It might be an hour later is my hope.
Hope you had a nice day. I was upset this morning my cat managed to get my one plant a basil plant.
The plant had one out of the dirt! Now stop laughing. I have kept it alive the entire trip!😁 I like basil and cilantro. I just buy cilantro at the market.
