July 12 East Strasbourg PA

I am trying to be conscientious of what I eat! So today I lost 3lbs! Yippee hey ya gotta start somewhere! I did my exercises and got dressed.

I had cottage and fruit for breakfast. Then I went for a walk. So many people have left it is so quiet. It turns out most of the cabins are NY folks. But the RV are from PA and NJ.

It is a beautiful day so I took my chair and sat outside. I actually got a bit of internet and used the time to get all my emails. I think I didn’t move for 2 hours! I also read a magazine Shape. Not one I am interested in.

I came in and it was dinner time. But, my black cat jumped in the air slammed his foot several times on the ground and was proud he finally caught a huge fly! Then he ate it..gross! He used to be great at catching flying insects as he got older he isn’t interested. But this one he tried for a couple times and got pissed he missed! It was a show!He is awesome!

I knew dinner was veggie night. There is a program veggie, fish, chicken, meat, veggie, fish and chicken.

I went to the folder and picked something I had most ingredients. Noodles and veggies in peanut sauce. That’s about all I copied. I always do my own stuff but this I didn’t like how they cooked it. I did my own, cook udon noodles, micro cut broccoli, sauté bok Choy, pepper, onion, garlic. Then put all that together. Add sauce peanut butter, soy, lime, rice vinegar, chili sauce, and garlic and ginger. Mix the sauce and stir it all up!,, yummo!

I am watching TV diners, drive ins and dives. Hey, it beats news!
