Yesterday was so crazy, I feel asleep on the couch. It must be an age thing? Today I woke didn’t exercise got dressed stepped outside and came back in. A heat wave up in the 90s. It doesn’t have the humidity of Florida, but hot is hot! So I stayed inside. Just the window shade was broiling to touch! I read, I worked on my cooking recipes. I finished chicken. Working on pork. Time passed amazingly I did have nannon bread with powdered peanut butter. The stuff is great you add water and puff half the calorie peanut butter.
Well soon it was dinner and I made roast pork loin. We bought corn love it broccoli with cauliflower. We had a beer Murphy’s it’s in a can from Ireland, no Scotland. It’s dark and I like it.
Well the sun is slipping over the mtn. We decide it is cool enough to take a walk. I was glad we did. The place is crowded. Many had smaller RVs and were middle age folks. I was glad to see it. I thought of my kids when they were growing up and we camped on the weekends. Lots had fires going, just because it’s camping. there also were lightening bugs. Remembering catching them in jars!
We walked 40 minutes glad cause I didn’t exercise this morning. Well I will watch TV or read my book. But, I decided I need to write my blog.
Yesterday was so fun and crazy. We decided to go shopping. So we got in the truck and went to the Amish store. I bought so much stuff and it only cost $58.00. It’s crazy the prices. Drink ice .50, couscous .99, corn on the cob 6/2.00, Italian cookies .69, it is crazy!
We left that store and took a drive to Walmart. We walked around because I needed much more supplies for my recipe project. I needed protectors. Then we decided to go into the food department just to look. Well, we bought organic lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, and some other things. We were headed for Aldis but we think we have enough.
We leave that store and drive to get gas. We see this grocery market, discount store. Oh let’s just see what that is we are on a role. This place was nice clean and had great prices! We got coffee 3.00/lb.! Columbia’s and African coffees. Therefore we had fun there too!
Then we went to get gas for the truck. We drove all around and had a good time. I finally have pictures. I have to go thru them. This is the first day I have internet again. I had over 100 emails, Facebook is thru the roof and The promotions are endless. Here are a few pictures:

Huge farms are everywhere. They are growing soy and corn and hay. You can see it staked it the fields.

Well we are leaving for our trip to Ohio. We are going half way tomorrow. Stay tuned for more pictures. Sorry for missing yesterday I don’t remember falling asleep on the couch but maybe age is catching up to me. Oh vey! Stay healthy, we wear a mask everywhere and are constantly sanitizer our hands.
