I woke up late. The cats woke me up at 6am for scratches really! So I went back to bed until about 10am…ah more my normal time!
I just couldn’t get into my exercise routine. What’s worse I had made that cauliflower pizza crust pizza last night and each time I ate it I gain a lb! One more to go and I am done! I admit it has cheese in the crust!
We had cereal for breakfast. We are not hooked up to sewer so we got dumped this morning. There was a mix up yesterday, the guy did the wrong RV and something broke on the machine. So today we got dumped for free, hey it’s $15.00.
We decide to take a walk to see camping in confusion. This park is so crazy a million people are all scrunched together with trucks and trailers and kids and kayaks and tubes to float down the river. It looks like a slum town.
I took pictures with my phone but they didn’t transfer to the ipad😨maybe tomorrow?
This is a mild version of the day, the trucks are wherever, the RV aren’t in any pattern. There is a lot of chairs on one side. Oh it gets worse.
After our walk I worked on my recipe book. It gets tedious but takes up some time. I am working on fish now.
Well, it soon became dinner time. I have made this dish before. It is a conglomeration of pasta, cauliflower, capers, tomato sauce, garlic, peppers, cheese and hearts of palm. Sounds crazy? I see the faces! But look
Even my cat wants some! It was very good!
We cleaned up and went for another walk. It is getting worse so I hope the pictures transfer. Tomorrow I may bring the IPad for the camera! I find I am angry that my favorite campsite remained unused until tonite! It is not fair that people can hold spots for days!
We turned on the art auction and watched for about 15 mins. No we didn’t buy anything. I like when they show the artists themselves it makes it more interesting if you have their work on your wall.oh and yes I have a lot of work on my walls😁
It is getting late and with no TV oh and no radio I tried to get an fm station nothing! I will read more of my book.
