I know I am writing this in the morning. Truth is El insisted I go to sleep cause we have to get up early. He was right! He got me awake at 6am..in the morning! The nerve!
However, back to yesterday which was boring. Dark, grey and rainy! We went no where. At least the tv worked. I did do my exercises and took a shower.
I had an egg with spinach AND Canadian bacon! Yummo! With naan bread. I luv the stuff but it is not diet worthy. El keeps a tight noose on healthy so I barely get it in the wagon in the store.
What did I do? I got a lot of my magazine recipes together. I have 1 folder left…the most difficult. Soups, drinks, cakes, pies, I don’t even make them.BUT. One never knows! Never say never. That’s probably why I have them!
I did start my big new book. Oh some of you asked where do I get my books? I have a paper white kindle. You can read outside. I get my books from kindle, amazon, bookbub there are so many places you can down load from just check prices. Although, the women’s club has a book sale every year and at .50. A book I have a good time!
Oh dinner I made tofu with black beans and rice, from a can, I added peppers and onions and garlic and spices and peas! It was yummo !
My book is about the migrations of blacks from the south to the north. I thought we read something like it recently, maybe. It seems interesting.
