Woke up at 7am yup and hour later. I got up dressed we did have eggs and such for breakfast which was great. Then about an hour later you can hear the drills and air compressors. Right thru your bones. El says it’s nice outside. But, do I want to sit outside a garage?and what’s so nice it’s sunny in the 70s. Did I hear it’s August?
So, I sat and cut and taped my recipes. I am getting so far that I’m on the last categories of cookies and cakes. Then I’m done. In between I read my book.
I did my recipes all day. Pretty sad, but not. I’m enjoying reading or scanning them. Gives me ideas to cook. Like tonite I had bought pancetta because when I was doing pasta that ingredient kept showing up.
I made a pasta pancetta with tomatoes, spinach , garlic it turned out pretty good. No leftovers!😁
I’m watching family feud. At least we get tv. Yesterday I watched who’s got talent, or whatever the name with Simon, the acts were great. Then watched who can dance, the one with jLo. Wow can those folks dance it’s awesome.
One day at a time, I try not to dwell on anything to long…I would be totally committed if I did. Especially with my two boys. Another topic totally.
I heard from a long time great friend today. It s so good to keep in touch with your long term past. I must admit I am blessed with several all dear to my heart!
I am amazed really how many folks have continued to hang on and read my blog! I thought from the garage stalling of time y’all would say crap this is boring!
Ah, but then again, not going anywhere and having to wear a mask when you can Makes my blog interesting! So I am happy you find at least a smile when reading my blog and that makes my day!
