😱😩😣😨😖 awful day! We wake up and think the mechanic is going to finish up and we will be on our way!😁 He completes everything by 10:30am and informs us we should wait 2 hours to let everything dry. We can deal with that. I go upstairs and sit on the bed with my black cat and read my book.
I am called downstairs and I am told we need to meet with the head guy to pay the bill. So far so good. We meet him he gives us the bill and we pay and say goodby to him and the mechanic.
We go to the RV and hook the truck and el goes to open the storage compartment to pack away the hoses and the compartment is SOAKED! Yup, and they turned something and water is pouring out of the trailer.
The mechanic is out to lunch. My stomachs turned over. I figured another night in the lot. Another astronomical bill. The mechanic looks at it and he deems the water pump broke!
The only good thing is we are still at the mechanic and I ask him to fix it. He says El can and he explains, but I say please I want you to fix it! El probably could but would take three times as long. So within and hour he fixed it. I paid another bill, and said goodbye!
So by the time we pulled it altogether and closed up to leave it was 3:30pm. A little late but we have reservations in Ohio and so we go.
At one point we went thru this town van wert. How quaint and the homes were so pretty. The big ones had turrets and round columns. Here is an example
I thought it was so pretty these big old homes. We also again saw farm after farm, who knew Ohio was farm land?

We finally got to the camp ground at about 7:30pm. The spot was awful and on a slanting hill. Too much trouble for over night. So we had to get another site. We didn’t need this additional aggravation.
We had leftover chicken, threw a small salad together and fresh corn on the cob! Fit the bill especially with some Chardonnay!
Well up and out tomorrow. It is a long ride longer than today. We will need sandwiches.
My arm from the cat bit is still sore. I can’t even touch the skin around it it is so sore. It appears some redness has gone down. Really I don’t need this injury.
Well I’m gonna read my book and relax. Glad you stopped by. Wish I could get more photos of those homes.
