The good news is it is our 13th anniversary! If it’s a bad luck year, well we are starting off on the wrong foot.The mechanic ordered a part to be made and guess what? It doesn’t fit! Really? What can one say?.. this is one long nightmare!
We went to the RV after breakfast. I brought back the stuff I took from the RV a few days ago. El is beside himself. I don’t understand it really about electricity, I think it’s a guy thing! But it’s not good. The RV was so hot that the wine corks are coming out! Can you imagine that one! I for one was horrified! I stuffed the wine bottles in the frig and took the rest with us! It is broiling inside the RV.
I did my exercises and got dressed but I wanted a shower but El was hungry so I let it go. He woke me at 10am. The cats had me up during the night, playing screaming, jumping on me.
Okay so I admit to be going crazy in this hotel. It’s one freakin room. At least in Hilton there is a suite with a real kitchen. They don’t take animals.😨
We loaded the truck with food from the RV and went to the food store Lidl. I love it. The aisles are wide lots of choices, nicely packaged decent prices.. We didn’t buy much. We came back unloaded all the stuff. Shared a Guinness and it was time for dinner.
I made a nice salad, put the kitchen sink in it. We had veggie burgers that were delicious! I bought a seeded bread yummo with the hard crust and soft inside from the bakery. We shared our last corn on the cob.
I was sticky and took my shower. El spoke to the electric guy. We had an appointment for NEXT Thursday(shoot me). But he indicated he will come on Friday. I am taking one day at a time!
Well it’s time to veg on the tv but I can’t stand the news all day, help! But I will read my book instead with my kitties beside me.
