What a day! We got up thinking yeah we are leaving the hotel and moving back into our RV. I showered and dressed ate cereal and packed up. We were at the towing place by 10:30am. Ready?
First El had to discuss the electrical issue, clearly over my head. But, Chris started thinking and looking and checking and testing at which point I will wait in the truck with the cats. 2 or 3 hours later he fixed whatever the problem was. BUT, there were other small issues to check for another hour. Then my new microwave the door opened half way. I can live with it. BUT, CHRIS BECOMES OBSESSED WITH an idea and won’t let go until it’s solved. Which is probably why he is excellent.
He took the door off, which was no easy matter. Then sanded down the side. He has every tool known to man kind. Including tow trucks and a rescue vehicle not to be believed!

This was no easy thing to door! BUT then he had to smooth it like a polish job. Well, this took another 2 hours. Then they had to tighten the wheels. He and his staff were so nice.
He even gave us some spaghetti sauce from a wrecked truck. Real southern hospitality.
We paid our gargantuan bill, and head back to Gettysburg. We left around 4:30pm it took about 5 hours to drive. We went up 81 to 70 and up 15. We did stop to get a subway sandwich for dinner and shared it.
The drive was pretty. Here are some pics!

We finally parked about 10:00pm. BUT, by the time we set up outside with a flashlight, and a put away everything inside and sat down it was 12:30am!
But, we are here to check everything out. Make sure it all works!
I don’t remember my head hitting the pillow.
