I am behind. I know. Yesterday my IPad lost power. The day before was so long ago I can’t remember why I didn’t write.
I will write at random. If you give up because you can’t follow. I get it but I am 70 now and can’t be expected to get things right all the time.
Yesterday was sort of fun. We needed to get prescriptions at Walmart. The drive was nice and different. Trees and I guess swamp like land and water. It was pouring rain too! See above.
We went to PetSmart after Walmart. We we gone most of the day. Got wet too! Oh and imagine Walmart ran out of bags? Really? That’s crazy!
We replenished our libations, wine, Bloody Mary mix. Margaritas. We are good oh I forgot to mention the beer!
Well we got home and put it all away.. oh I forgot to mention we also got our flu shot.
It was close to dinner time. I decided to make chicken cutlets with wrapped “speck”. Similar to prosciutto but smokier? Anyhow it came out delicious. I made a white wine, broth spices and butter sauce!
Before dinner I remember watching a virtual art auction. Yup, I was there but bought NOTHING! I know so out of character. Thing is I have to love it to by it. I have no more room! I hear the comments! Really?
I got tired and went to bed. I think I will post this and start another one. It really is the 26th. Thanks for coming.
