Another day of exercise and dress but for breakfast we had a waffle! With fruit and blueberry syrup! Yummo!
We listened to comments of the debate this morning. I could handle just so much. Then we decided to take a walk.
Ghost decided he wants to come today so we got his carriage. We saw a sign to the lake and took it. Yup, eventually there was a rather big lake. We ran into a man on a lawn mower. I must say everyone we meet from down south are so polite and nice.
He showed us an alligator in the water. Yup, but we are use to alligators in the back yard. They lay in the grass sunning themselves by the pond in our back yard. I luv the accent. Y’all!
We walked back to the campground. It was beautiful outside no humidity. El noticed they chopped down trees the last time we were here and the baby pines are regrowing.
It was a nice walk. We came back and where does time go? I cleaned out my iPad and phone. I still get plenty of spam calls and stupid sales.
We then a drink time and had bloody Mary’s but the new mix isn’t as peppery and made the drink delicious!
Then I made dinner. I made it from a recipe on the internet. I added my own touch. It was African dal with kale and lentils. So lucky I had cooked lentils and added some sausage. Then there was coconut milk and spices turmeric,cumin, cinnamon, ginger, garlic maybe more and I added a can of green chilies. Wow it was yummo!
After dinner I am still watching commentary about the debate. El can leave it on all day and night. I tune it out. Enough is enough.
Even food network is better. Ah, he tuned that on the TV.
That’s all the news that is fit to print. El will call the storage guy Friday. I don’t know what day this is today. I do have a clock above the door to remind me. It’s a retirement issue!
