Yesterday was a boring waste of time. I did nothing it rained off and on all day. I read my book. I was glad it was over.
This morning it had some sun so I felt better. We decided to go to Bowling Green and go food shopping. Plenty of farms with plenty of cows.
This town has every food chain on one road that goes on forever. You name it it is here. Oh and the stores all in the same area. It’s way too much.
We went in Meijer, I thought it was a food store. It is but it’s enormous and has every conceivable brand of everything! You can’t even walk the entire store. Like a double size Walmart with upgrades everywhere! We went to Sam’s mainly to get vitamins. Then we went to PetSmart for cat food. Then we stopped at Aldis. For green veggies.
It seems like a lot but they are all within 3 mins of each other. It is really crazy and the food joints you can’t go hungry.
We came back I managed to get it all put away. But, then it was dinner time. I made pork chops, boneless so I braised them in white wine. I added green beans and rice dinner!
I looked thru my emails and messages. A bunch of friends went to a Mexican restaurant. I wish I was home so we could have joined in the festivities.
