I have no clue what day it is or date I have to check the iPad or Fitbit! That’s how you know you are retired. Got up early again we must continue on. I like our breakfast smoked salmon with Avacado, cheese, onion, tomato!
The truck was still attached so we got it together quickly and was on the road by 10am. We got gas with no problem but reg gas is still an issue.
We drove along I 95 and I thought how many times have I done this trip and decided it’s too numerous to count. We have an appointment with the guy who did our bearings last year.They needed greasing. So we get there. No one knows we are suppose to be there. Then they don’t have some parts. So, it is around 1:30pm.
We decide to drop the RV and go to the food store Lidl. It’s big in VA. When you come in there is a bakery. It was late so all the good stuff is gone. But, we got a bread, walnut I think . We walk around and get a few things.
We return to the RV and they haven’t started it. Ok so here comes the parts. I’m reading my book and doing a suduko. After a couple of hours it is done yippee. It’s now after 5pm.
We hook back up and drive to the camp site. At least tomorrow we aren’t moving. We are set up and it’s 7pm. Days like today you just roll with the day. Getting upset gets you nowhere.
I luckily took out salmon for dinner. It cooks quickly. I made a sauce of garlic, balsamic and mustard stuck it in the oven 10 mins done. Make frozen broccoli and we had left over rice.
Done by 9:00pm crazy day. But it’s fine. We got the RV fixed got to the campground and ate dinner.
We are both tired luckily we are staying put tomorrow. Thanks for coming along!
