Okay so I am writing 2 days together. Boredom! The weather is awful and you can’t make plans and it’s glummy. Therefore Sunday I didn’t do anything except finish a book. The name doesn’t matter because it was tuff getting thru.
I don’t think we left the RV Sunday. I made shrimp for dinner and that was yummo! I made a yogurt sauce with turmeric, garlic, onion, cumin and another spice too. It came out great. The only down side is the turmeric turned my white spoon orange!
I forgot to mention I was peeling a mushy mango with a peeler and the mush slipped and so did the peeler. In case you weren’t sure. The peeler has an outstanding sharp blade and it took a part of my finger! Yes I’m ok. What a pain..seriously!
Anyhow today is Monday and I finally exercised I haven’t been religious but I lost a lb so I figured I better. I am still up 2.4lbs. We tried the mint angel food cake and opened the sticky buns! The buns are way too sweet. Ok so I was warned and now I know.
Did you see the dog show? Really that weird looking mutt won! There are so many nicer dogs, my opinion of course.
Today was beautiful sunny. We planned laundry. It took forever to get the computer program to work. We talked to the others doing laundry. It was such a beautiful day to loose.
I had lots of left overs so that was dinner. I will watch tv. Hopefully tomorrow is nice. I need some nice weather. It’s why we left in the first place. If I wanted muggy steamy boiling hot, and rain I could’ve stayed home.
