We got up around 10am dressed and ate breakfast, French toast, yummo! Bring my plants outside, ow the sun is very hot! But, the humidity of Fl is not present.
We decide to go to odd lots. It is this huge store of miscellaneous I want to say junk. But, it you want it, it’s not junk. It is hard to describe they never have the same stuff. It is so fun to go thru I spent $58 and who knows what I bought? For example, kitchen timer,avocado chopper, calendar(no dates), hand sanitizer, plastic covers for my cut out recipes, envelopes, a coffee mug…you get the idea!
On the way back we stopped at a food store, Price chopper. It is such a really nice store. Their sales are pretty good. We can’t by frozen anything my huge freezer is packed. I have a huge residential refrigerator and it’s full! We bought a few things. Then on the way back we stopped at Foodtown another grocery store. I wanted single onions not a bag of 5. Finally this store had singles. They had nice asparagus and broccoli. Their bakery was amazing just like the Brooklyn, NY bakeries with those tiny fancy cookies oh my it brought me back. I honestly can’t remember seeing something so like it with cannolis, and I think it’s called Napoleons. They even had ding dongs in the same box as when I was a kid what some 60 years ago! Am I really that old?
Well we came back and put all the stuff away. But, the day was gone! It was dinner time already. On the way back I finally got a picture of this house on the road that’s for sale. I love it! It is right on the main road and is part stone.
