Oh no not another rainy day! I decided it was going to be like a PJ day! Hang out and do what’s makes me happy!
So breakfast was a delicious choc waffle! I’m in with butter and maple syrup fruit all good!
After breakfast I tried to work my iPad. I hate life sometimes! Especially when with my gizmo I can’t get on the internet. So much for a happy day! Eventually I got in a bit and did my checkbook and even found $100 error, it came out perfect! 😊
Then I cut my recipes from the ones I took from magazines. You sitting? The magazine was from 2003! Funny cause 18 years ago I would have tried some of these recipes, but now? Ha! I do keep some but only with ingredients I can pronounce!
Time for dinner. Well I took out ground turkey to make hamburgers, but there is the rain! I had to be creative. Thus the cookbook I’m making for myself! I found a recipe for mini meatloaves. Normally I would say yuck, but they were done my way!
Yummo! They were delicious! I mixed ground turkey with panko, Parmesan cheese, BBQ sauce, steak sauce, chicken spices and egg. I mushed it all together and made 4 little loaves. Then voila in the oven and it was excellent! With corn on the cob. It is so delicious here now! oh broccoli the green for him.
I tried to upload the blogs I’m having an awful time. I also started to read a new book and loving it. A dangerous inheritance. If you don’t know or have a clue about English history it may be tuff. There are so many names to follow even I find it hard and I love reading history. Stop shaking your head! What do you like?
