I think I lost a day somewhere because I don’t remember July 31. In fact the problem is me because I thought July ended in 30 days! Ah getting old is a great excuse!
Anyhow yesterday I did my exercises. I had forgotten this place has only 1 dumping station for the toilet.OMG! The line went around the campground at 10 am, probably started before that time. People waited over and hour! That is typical of this campground. Nearly everyone is mid age or young with young kids and come for the weekend to travel the River. Boy, I’m glad I don’t work anymore! Retired is a good thing!
We took a walk, without our cat…he was sleeping when we left. The place is deserted so many have left it looks empty from the day before!
We sat outside for a while it was a pleasant day. But then a rain cloud came luckily it didn’t last long. We heard screams from the River people.
Dinner was easy we had leftovers. I combined a spicy dish, with the cauliflower dish and it took the heat down a bit which was a good thing! of course there is always wine to wash it down!
We watched some old cowboy shows in black and white. I forgot the name. My mom used to watch them, gunsmoke, bananza, have gun will travel!
Well I’m tired it’s going down to the 50s at night burr. But I have my cats to keep me warm one on either side of me.
