It is hard to remember these days as they are dedicated to get home. So we wake dress eat breakfast get in car and drive to the next place.
Now there was a reservation mess up which is why we are literally 4 miles since the previous day. File it under shit happens. So we ended up at cave city and settled in. I think dinner was left overs. We were both tired from the long drive. So we fell asleep.
This morning 8/25 we had time to get dressed sand have matzoh Brie with some weird huge cracker added in. It was delicious! Now since I had plenty of time for dinner I took out chicken cutlets!
We took our time and in 10 minutes we in another campground! But unique! We parked in our site and walked around. Not easy mind you it’s somewhere in the nineties and it is freakin hot. But, it’s not Fl. In Fl in the 90s you are soaked stepping out the door. Here it is hot but not the fl humid spell. But hot is hot!,,,
This place has unique places. You can rent a covered wagon!
They also have tree houses really!
We walked around but it’s too hot to get anywhere. We saw an old man by himself, with a tiny tent, a fire cooking some fish.
There’s a barn way down a field but to get there it’s all sun. We had to pass.
We came back to the RV. Since I had time I took out chicken cutlets. I made a nice dinner. I had to change the sauce as I didn’t have white wine and lemon. Instead I used garlic, sherry and butter. Yummo!
After dinner I’m writing my blog. So here we are the tv is running this game shows.
Thanks for coming by. We are coming to the conclusion of the trip. A few more days to get home.
