Don’t remember hitting the pillow. I woke up and it seems easy to get ready. Brush teeth wash up dress! Why does home take so long then! Ha
We went to breakfast. There is a buffet. This place is so in tune with sanitary stuff. Each piece of bread is wrapped! We made 4 little waffles in the machine you turn over! Yummo!
We drove to Justin’s apt. There is a military base that goes on for miles I mean gigantic on both sides of the road. He says it has at a minimum the national guard and Air Force. Impressive it’s a city.
We get to his home his block is tiny. Every spot is assigned. Maybe 4 multiple dwelling homes. We got to his apt. Shock! He has NO furniture. NADA NONE! He does sleep on a mattress on the floor. The crazy thing is he doesn’t want any. Yup he is my kid, ok son.
We got in his car and he drove around all day. We first road around his neighborhood. Houses are big small there is no consistency. We don’t see older folks like us. We see many, many young girls with babies. There must be something in the water! Also, I think this is funny but the skin on these girls are white! I never thought about it but living in Florida all legs are tan.😂😂

We went to Defiant Point Park it is huge and very pretty with tons of trails and flowers a zoo, and an old military fort. We went in and walked around. There was a blacksmith working. Two hours to make a spatula. Has he heard of Walmart?
After that we went to the bar he just quit. Nice place brewery and restaurant. We met his friend from there. Nicest guy! He gave us samples of beer that taste like, pineapples, passion fruit, flavored seltzer! My favorite was a very dark beer that had some sweet, Smokey, molasses taste. It was great to meet the folks where he worked.
Then we went for a ride and went over this narrows bridge. It use to sway and it was rebuilt. Nice ride. Then we went to the other bar he worked at before. We got to meet his “friend”. She is so very nice and bubbly and active. It is always great to put a face to a name.
We had a beer there too! When we left his friend gave us some places to eat dinner. I don’t remember the name but it was strange. More bar than restaurant. Like a singles bar? It was so dark you could hardly see. You have to click on the black and white box, the one you see everywhere with information. That was the menu! If he wasn’t there we couldn’t eat!
My son basically took over you don’t have a waiter. You go to the bar and order. It was a weird experience. But fun at the same time and the food and drinks were good.
I’m exhausted when we left. We bid my son good nite came back to the hotel and hit the bed. Good night!
