We were suppose to stop at St Tomas but over 1% cases of COVID , In this case about 30 people you can’t dock. So sea day!
We get up and dress for breakfast. We got to the buffet. It’s like I’m robotic, fried egg, raisin bread, muesli, banana, and orange juice.
We went to the diamond lounge for coffee. I love the machine I get latte and a shot of expresso. We went upstairs to our room to get stuff. I got my IPad I want pictures I can add from the ship.
Then we went to an art talk to remind us what each type of paintings there are to collect. It is complicated. For example, there are stereographs, lithograph and. wood or metal etching. He explained them well.
Then I went around the cruise ship and took pictures to share so here are some pictures:
I think that’s enough today maybe tomorrow more. while we were walking around we found the diner, Johnny Rocket, serving hamburgers and fries for $11.00 pp. But, they do have milk shakers. We passed it. We then passed the park restaurant and decided to get something to eat again.. I got a mushroom and cheese with arugula panini. Yummo! Then I had a cream puff for dessert.
We went back to the room. We decided to take showers. While he showered I read the book for book club. I’m half way done. Then I showered and I wore my new sapphire and diamond set. I love it. We went to show it to the jewelry store guy. He loved it new what it was right away. I looked around and found these earrings with beautiful chocolate diamonds but up close they are different shades. Pretty unique.. I was just browsing I’m already in debt! Turns out retail they are $17,000. They were shocked at my taste to pick the best! I said no have to go.
We then walked over to dinner. We were a little early. Well dinner was a mix of eggplant and hummus. Pretty good and different. But, I ordered ahi tuna for my entree. It came cooked thru. The head manager came by to check on our dinner. Timing is the key! I showed him my tuna was too cooked and he knew it wasn’t right. He took it to the kitchen and came out with beautiful rare ahi tuna! it was delicious. For dessert banana Forster! Yummo!
It’s after dinner and we have 3 drinks to kill. We went to listen to the guitar player. Drink #2. Then we went to hear the ship band play in another bar, drink #3. Then we went to our regular bar Boots for another drink #4.
Well after all that drinking I’m ready for sleep. Thanks once again hanging in there with me. Hope I brought you a smile😊
