I started the morning writing my first blog. I was so excited to finally getting it started. It’s a vacation start for me.
El made us waffles for breakfast. Yup I even put maple syrup on it! You can’t even start without it. Even with the fruit bowl on top!
El went to fix a tire add air? His department. Then since I was bad with leaving the jet pack on while he was out he went to the camp Center to use their internet. Aah! Myself in the RV.
So I pulled out my puzzle table which is so nice. Then I pulled out all the fish recipes I’ve cut out and proceeded to separate them by type then by cooking method and mounted them on paper. Extreme your thinking? I love reading recipes and trying to cook them adding my own touch! So fun for me. Ok it’s not everyone’s cup of tea!
While doing that it started pouring rain. It is so very loud pounding on the roof.
Timing is the key just about when he came back I was close to finishing. I have salmon and shrimp to go…the biggest pile.
Not the most exciting day but relaxing.
Dinner was bourbon salmon. Yummo! We shared a little bottle of flavored tequila, this was mango! Very dangerous so sweet you didn’t know it was alcohol!
