I don’t remember much of the 27th. I think it was a lazy day and we hung around took a walk. Mid-day we had a pretty bad rainstorm. It was so loud we could not hear each other speak. I don’t think it lasted as long as they predicted and we didn’t get any lightening or thunder. Nor did we get a tornado they were predicting somewhere NE of us.
So we are good!
Today is better a really nice day weather wise. We had breakfast and decided to go to the Gettysburg outlets. The last time, there were few cars and many stores were no longer there.
But, there were quite a number of people considering it’s sat on a major holiday. But all the places were giving away heavy cold weather stuff. How many can you by if you live in Florida! Some were $15.00. Really nice. Maybe at Columbia or Eddie Bauer. There still is a lot of stores missing. I really miss the kitchen store. The had such good prices on top stuff.
On the way back we stopped at Giant corn on the cob for sale. I luv that stuff! We walked around in and out of stores but I couldn’t find anything. Unusual for me. I gained 5lbs I hate that so much. It’s such an effort to loose it. Some of you know I’m capable but it’s such a process. I can’t say I didn’t enjoy getting there!
Oh well it’s dinner time. I took out mussels, and a mixed bag of seafood with clams, shrimp, etc. mixed them together, made some pasta and heated up some white clam sauce. What a yummo treat!
I did stop at the book store at the outlet and bought a diet cookbook☹️ I gotta start from somewhere.
