It’s a beautiful day outside! I’m happy for all the people that are doing!going, and visiting on this weekend. El. Made French toast from the olive oil bread leftovers. It was great! So yummo! Dump my fruit on top!
We had no plans and the Indianapolis 500 was on so we watched it. I worked on my chicken recipes. I’m sick of chicken. But, I persevered and finished the category! Yeah!
We decided to go for a walk. The place is very crowded but not many folks out. Until we got to the pool! It was packed with kids and adults. The little kids are so cute. We continued our walk. I was going to sit outside but we confused my chair. We brought the beach chair thinking it was a replacement for my camping chair that’s broken. Oh well. That got screwed up!

It was dinner time and it was easy to go to my recipes, under chicken cutlets, and I picked one with a mushrooms and shallot sauce. It was yummo! Thanks to all my work! We had gotten corn on the cob, but it wasn’t sweet😕 I love it but flavor not there! I added Lima beans.
Oh, and I bought a bottle of Rodney Strong Chardonnay! Wow it’s definitely a good one! Will find it again! Trader Joe’s maybe!
Well clean up dinner and my table. It’s a relief to finish chicken. What now vegetables? That will take forever it’s huge! But I enjoy looking at the recipes.
I’m watching a show on TV it’s so very funny. I don’t know it’s name. It’s 4 guys and their given a plot and they make it up. I remember it was on before., same guys! what’s my line? Really funny! Catch if you can!😂😂😂
Anyhow, it has been horrible with the internet! There are far to many folks here so you can’t get on. My private internet is at its end so I have to watch or I get charged for using to many whatever’s!
