Yup we are still here! But, we leave Tuesday. I got up and did my exercises! I had to I gained 2lbs from hogging at the Chinese food buffet! This means I’m done! This visit and the other cost me 7lbs yup I’m huge again! But, I can’t complain. It’s like when I go cruising. I eat everything. I’m not going to deny it.
The problem must be dealt with now! Luckily I did by a diet book so today we must start. Breakfast which took a while to figure out the plan and food but was pretty good! I even had a small lunch. Dinner was ok chicken cooked with mushrooms and onions and in a sauce with balsamic. Of course I added the wine!
We took a walk and wow what crazy damage the storm yesterday caused. We heard a tree fell on the hood of something. They hired these huge trucks with tree guys to cut down the ones that fell.
Look at the tree that came down. There was even an awning in the trash blown off because of the wind. They had a machine which was grinding up the huge branches being fed into it.
There are a big number of motorcycles here. I especially like the three wheelers.
Anyhow we walked to the office to request a dump. We are not attached to the sewer.
It was a nice walk it wasn’t supper hot there was a breeze. I’ve got to check on my bills and checkbook. I got thru one no issues. Then I went to sit outside and watch the crowd and do sudoku.
It was time to make dinner. Afterwards I think there may be crowds of folks visiting each other. Outside here they are playing corn hole. You throw the bag into the hole. All we here is bang, bang, bang……
Time to relax and watch TV. Family feud is on.
