I can’t remember much of the day, but it was sunny and hot. I gained 1lb so awful it took 3 days going up .2 But I won’t give up. But, I was so stressed this morning I had my half bagel with smoked salmon soo good.
Then he decided we needed to go food shopping for the fill ins. I was game to get out. So we went to Price Chopper. It sounds like a bargain, but it so not. Everything is expensive in the store. Now I give the store credit for being very clean and so organized and everything put just so.
We bought some veggies. I have been looking for bulgur wheat. I thought for sure this store would have it. But no! So where do you go to get it?
Then it was dinner time. It was a conglomeration of what I could find in the frig. Left over roast chicken. Sweet potato, broccoli and lettuce tomato cheese, and olives.
I then watched some TV and went to read another book I found that’s old Good Hope Road. Did anyone read it?
Well, that was my unexciting day, but at least I got out for a while.
