I slept pretty well as the cat didn’t come and wake us real early. I didn’t think there were plans but we decided to go to Giant. I stepped on the scale 2 lbs up. Yuck! Now I’m going out on Sunday. I will have to lose this when I get home.
We went to the store and they had some white fish great it’s hard to find. We got the corn again it’s so good. Then we paid the price for the burgers but they are so good. We had the blintzes for breakfast. What a treat. They still had some on sale, but I had to walk by them. They still didn’t have the frozen blueberries from wymans so we bought them from New Jersey.
We came back and put it all away. Then we finally decided to take ghost for a walk in his carriage. He was happy. It was weird because there are usually kids and dogs barking and people all over. But there wasn’t any. We heard school started here maybe that’s why.
We went up to the store because we ordered something from Amazon. Talk about timing, the Amazon Prime truck was just leaving as we were walking up. Then, as luck would have, it was right on top. Convenient!
So we walked on and came back. We decided to have a beer. It was a Modelo Negra! Wow, it is so good! It’s not heavy but tastes very good. This is coming from a Guinness lover.
Since I gained 2lbs, I made salad with ham pieces for dinner. It was good but we finished the banana bread for dessert. So it goes.
Every day and night, we see these golf carts go by. Tonite, we saw this very nice little truck being driven by a boy couldn’t be older than 3 yrs. We gather his folks were walking behind him but adorable. I couldn’t move fast enough to get a picture.
Well that’s my story and I’m sticking to it.
Oh, on the way out of the campground today, we think we saw a setting up of possible battle scene. We passed an awesome canon!
