Honestly, the day before we travel is a fog. It’s like repack and make sure everything has a place. So I’m going to let that day go.
July 8th
It’s a completely different story. I feel like I’ve been here for months. So we pack up. I am responsible for the inside. The bedroom is easy it’s not a slide out. So it is a place to store things. I put the stools and little tablet on the bed. The little rugs on the floor. Ghost scratch tower in the bedroom. I put away the dishes. Cabinets closed pantry organized, so nothing falls out. Then but I put the new bars across refrigerator shelves. Then, the outdoor screw that holds the two doors closed. Bring in the slides. Ready to go. Ghost in car.
The first thing we did was bring Tux our new brinkley into the RV Dr. to fix his door, which you have to pull it several times to close it. He was excellent and had a gadget that would align the door, which fixed the problem. So nice dealing with them.
Now the one thing I’m sorry about is you see things on the road but don’t have the time to get a camera ready. We saw 2 horses carriers on the side of the road. 3 huge horse heads were hanging out the window awesome!
Then thru out the trip we saw farm equipment whoses wheels were bigger than the truck! He even knows what they are and how they work. Speaking of machines there was a military machine huge which had things that could make it a boat, but had gigantic tires very strange.
We got our site and settled in. I took a big glass of sherry. Dinner was leftovers. Perfect with wine. Then it began to rain. No pouring rain. I’m so glad we are done outside. We are done.
Thanks for stopping by. I am forever grateful. There is not much more to this story as we are on the way home.
