Today is special for my son. He had his first kidney transplant from his dad when he was 8 years old, 35 years ago. He has had a total of 3, mine being the last one. Bless him. I needed to write that tribute.
Today, I got up early and wrote yesterday’s blog. I almost did that again, but no, it’s not the same.
We had to pick up our prescriptions. Mayo called them in. Yeah!
We then went to Giant, not the same as others. This one is like a trader Joe’s upscale. We got a great deal on this tuna steak. I made one earlier, so yummo!
Then we needed eggs, but instead of getting them here, he wanted to go to the brand new ALDIs. Well, the aisles are twice as wide. The food is placed differently, but it’s the same stuff. The big change is no more self check out. They are losing too much $$. It was nice.
Then we drove back, and I made dinner. Pasta from Italy the longer thicker strands. Then these meatballs were made with sausage and cheese. Then the Italian chianti sauce. Added peas, have to have a green with every dinner. Then red wine! It was so delicious!
Then I don’t know why Samsung, the maker of this iPad, started up with this security thing. I didn’t know passwords. The internet sucked so I had to start again. It was so awful. Then, to make matters worse, I can’t remember my password for my credit card. I’m still not in. Did you hear me scream?
I am so done. I read emails and chats and messages and looked at Facebook. It’s crazy how you can just get lost on the site for no reason. Crazy right?
That’s my story, and I’m sticking to it!
Thanks as always for stopping by to read my blog. It is an honor for me, and I hope you smiled. Enjoy!

The top is one of the many monuments in the Gettysburg field.
The bottom is a stone house restaurant called the Dobbin House, it is also a hotel. It’s nice I have eaten there several times.
