The alarm went off Sunday at 7:30am! What? He swears he did not remember setting the alarm. I went back to sleep he got up to take a shower. That’s no easy thing cause my plants are on the floor and you have to pick them up and over to the kitchen sink. I went back to sleep. Awake at 10;30 much better. We had bagels and whitefish a little late cause dinner at the restaurant is 5:30pm.
We eat and clean up and behold it’s already after 3pm. I gained 1.5lbs from pigging out at Golden Coral. I told myself be in check. We were a table of ten. His sister and husband with their daughter, with 2 kids and 2 other brothers, a friend and us 2. We ordered plenty of food. I was the only one to grab an entire egg roll. It was good. I ate shrimp with lobster sauce. It was very good. Drinks from the bar were $18.00 really?… it was a good time. To listen to the family be friendly and enjoy.
El took a detour for me and stopped at a Weiss market to buy me sesame oil. A 4oz bottle. He was so worried we would be late. We ran into the store and found a clerk to tell us where it is located. It was among a large selection of oriental sauces. I was happy he stopped for this on the way. A nice surprise.
We made it in time 20 minutes early to the restaurant. Finally everyone showed up at a out 5:30pm. We enjoyed ourselves and when we left it was misty but still light out.
The ride home was rather swift and without any issues. We even stopped at Sam’s for gas. I forget the cost, but it was lower than say Rockville close to $6.00 for deseil. We finally got back to Tex. We settled down put on Ninja warriors on TV,.
