I woke up remembering I got to do what’s necessary for my lost ring on a cruise last year. It’s been on my mind. I got an email and mistakenly put it in trash. But retrieved it.
Then we had bagels with avocado, the middle torn out! Of course, juice fruit and coffee. It’s outlet day! I’m happy this one is huge! It’s in Tannersville, NY. You can’t possibly do it in one day.
We went and parked in the same spot we always get. They knew we were coming. It’s supposed to be nice but there are black clouds. We walked around in and out of stores. They didn’t have the deals they usually do. Some stores are no longer there. It was fun nevertheless. We did get some things. I got a pair of shoes and he got 2 pair. Then I got 3 tee shirts for $10 each. Since my husband is military we get a 10% discount. In one store we got an additional 20% discount on a raincoat.
I also got a sweater that’s pretty open weave for cruises. But, it was fun looking at the clothes and the prices in the $100.00 range. We were surprised to see such hi prices.
We came back and it was late closing in around 6pm. I made cod stew with veggies, red onion, zucchini and butternut squash. Lots of prep and cooking. It was more time consuming than I thought. But, the test is when you sit down to eat it. Ah! It was yummo! Delicious! I was happy it made the prep worth the effort.
When we were finally done with the days chores, we sat down to do our computer issues. We don’t have TV. It’s been troubling not to have it. Yet, my sleep monitor says I’m having more deep sleep. Something to be said for that.
Thank you for stopping by to read my blog. It fills my heart to see people read it.
Enjoy! Go out to breakfast! There is this one diner on the main street that is always filled with cars. I want to go there.
