I was up early today. I did my morning chores and Sat down and wrote the blogs I missed. As I have written before aome nights I am too tired. Bur, tonight I am not.
After breakfast which ended up at about noon we decided we were going to go shopping. We need small paper plates and small bowls. We figure Walmart will have them. He got in discussion with the next door RV owners. Apparently thry are leaving around 5am, and he needs us to move the truck to the back so he can get out. It’s a real issue for everyone here. We are all close together and many are 40. Ft and more. We too have a concern.
We go to the store. It is not far. it’s strange that the streets have a county route # but also have a name. A bit confusing. Then some signs have a name with a horse drawn buggy on the signs. Well, we went inside to the food section. The store is gigantic. You can hardly see the other end. We got back I put the groceries away and it’s dinner time.
I made fish, I found 2 single pieces and managed to cook them together., It turned out OK even though one had skin and the other didn’t. One was cod, the other sheepshead with skin. I made an interesting sauce of sesame oil, garlic, scallions, then added mushrooms and soy sauce. It was yummo! I added corn on the cob and a small salad.
We cleaned up and since we got TV I had him put SWAT on so I could watch it.
He switched to news so I decided to write my blog. I hope you had a good day. I hope I gave you a smile. THANK YOU ever so much for reading my blog.
