We got up and ready for our move south. It was easier than we thought to take the RV across the lawn to the narrow road to leave but we managed it.
The roads were awful with bouncing up and and down. ITS NOT POT HOLES JUST BOUNCING. It was awful. The directions was pretty straight forward. Except for one road went straight rather than a hywy like a beltway around the city. This road had red lights every few feet it seemed like forever. But, we are troopers and made it to the hywy. We stopped for gas and coffee for me. It was a blessing to get out of the truck. The trip was over 4 hours. We got lost when we got off the hywy. We called the campground 2X. Finally he explained it clearly and we got there. We did not unhook as we are leaving tomorrow.
Luckily, for dinner I had plenty of leftovers. So I heated a pork tenderloin, a little bit of chicken breast and, guiness Mac and cheese, It was good I have no idea where we got it! I made asparagus we must have something green every night. I had some tofu left. I think that’s all. We only had a little meat left.
Then we decided to try a dessert. We got scones from a store bakery and decided to share one. It was so good we split another one. 2 left for another night.
We tried to put the TV on and could not get any station to play.Asolutely no luck this trip. We are both so not techy and I bet there is some buttons to push somewhere and it would work,
I don’t remember the place we are camping. El knows them all to the trees at the sites. But where is the leaning tower of Pisa he will say France! It’s fine cause we don’t have to unhook from the truck. He says we only have about 2 hours tomorrow. Today was at least 4 plus hours.
