What a beautiful day. The sky was clear and a slight breeze it was upper 80s but without the humidity. Now, this is why we come north. Not the awful rain storms, and hot humid days we have been having here in the northeast or midsection.
Today was laundry day. We took our time, it was the cheapest washer $1.50 for each washer or dryer. It went fine. Glad it was done. We researched our planes tickets for New Zealand! Yes, our latest addition. It leaves November 30. But, we found 1 flight missing. You have to watch everything.
I read a little bit. Then El was packing up outside I did a little inside. But, he came in and said it’s so beautiful out here let’s take a walk. It was so nice and a pretty campground. The roads are packed down, the sites are for the most part level. The folks here are so very nice.
We were surprised when we saw this animal. Hopefully I can bring it up to post.
We are leaving tomorrow. I would stay here longer maybe next year. They have so many caves to explore. We have been to many. Also the bourbon trail is fun as well. That’s not to mention the horses and the Kentucky derby. We have done it all. But, it might be fun to do it again.
We went over our travel plans on how to drive. There are several ways. He is going the old way. He is driving so it’s his choice.
