At sea across Atlantic ocean
Good Morning! We are up early i guess we are still on tour time! It’s 6:45am!
We try to hang out watch some news but it’s depressing. We go to breakfast and surprised at how many are there. The age of this cruise has to be 60s, 70s, 80s. I know i mentioned it before but I guess it becomes more prevalent each day. The amount of canes is huge. The women all have wrinkles so I should feel comfortable fitting in. There are shufflers, and ones that roll from side to side. Shaking hands. There are no kids.
I get food it’s the same buffet. Except for the special bread. Today chocolate bobka! Yummo! I got a toasted bread with onions and some veggies topped with cheese and Italian meat thin piece. It was very good. Oh and fruit. Huge spread out selection. Oh and museli it has raisens and nuts.
We had time so we stopped ar Effy. The price of the ring is way out of my finances.
Then we went to a tour of behind the stage. We saw a dressing room, where they store some instruments. Controls for lights. Someone explained the mechanics of lights and stage movements. Pretty crazy stuff.
Then e went and got some cappacino. I got a piece of black forest cake. The chocolate with the cherries was good. I picked it apart.
Time to eat some more, its lunch time. Seriously my body is complaining of the amount of food going in. Although my weekly health report indicated we waiked 14 miles last week. Yeah me it was up and down huge hills.
Time to get ready for dinner. Really? Help more food!
I had new england clam chowder and it was okay but it had celery the one food I dont like at all. But, I’m not hungry at all. I then ordered a French pot pie. Ever have one? It looked good. It was filled with potatoes and a creamy sauce. Around it was mushrooms. It was good I ate half. Then dessert was chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream. I didn’t make it thru half.
We went to the show. A guy who played good piano and sang Elton John songs. i enjoyed it. I didnt know all the words it must be too far back but it was fun i remembered some.. This guy and his wife sat next to me who were scottish. I loved their accent. So it was all fun.
We started to go and I went in a room The Club. They were having a game show guess the whisper. It seemed stupid but turned out funny. 5 people on a team. All but one gets ear phones with music. A phrase is given to first person and passes it thru to the last by reading lips. The last repeats the phrase.
